Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the items in your order.
International Shipping: Forte Faces does not offer international shipping.
Processing Time: After receiving your order, we require 1-3 business days to process and prepare your items for shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- Estimated Delivery: The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination address. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided during the checkout process. These times are calculated from the date your order is shipped, not from the date of purchase.
- Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays caused by weather conditions, carrier-related issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Address Information:
- Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping fees incurred due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please Note These Shipping Restrictions:
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).
Order Changes and Cancellations:
- Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or adding/removing items, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
