Face Reality's gold-standard exfoliating serum, made with the chirally correct forms of L-mandelic and L-lactic acid. Mandelic acid is a larger molecule than other alpha hydroxy acids, so it penetrates more slowly for more even exfoliation with less irritation.

Best for: Inflamed and non-inflamed acne, fungal acne (folliculitis), and hyperpigmentation.
